Role Information

Overview of role

Lead customer implementations of our software and services
Working with our customers to define their requirements and implement our loan management solutions
Manage the entire implementation lifecycle and on-boarding process
Work with a variety of stakeholders, including third parties, to deliver software on time and on budget
Work with customers and the development team to define and deliver bespoke software and features
Identify opportunities to add value to customers
Carry out product configuration and testing in line with customer requirements
Provide product and user training
Demonstrate products to internal and external customers
Work with sales and commercial team on proposals and sales on-boarding
Provide guidance on product development requirements
Carry out requirements capture workshops and produce functional specifications
Provide process, market and product consultancy to internal and external customers
Provide pre and post go-live support
Co-ordinate and carry out User Acceptance Testing

About you

Minimum 3 years’ experience working in business analyst, implementation or similar role
Experience of requirements gathering and writing specifications
Highly motivated and professional person, able to work in fast paced environment
Strong organisational, commercial and communication skills
Able to manage IT projects
Strong customer relationship management skills
Highly IT literate

Advantageous

Experience working in Financial services sector, particularly lending markets: Consumer, Motor, broker or asset finance
Experience working in AGILE environment
