Role Information

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing 3rd line technical support to our customers via various channels
Assist with 1st and 2nd line to apply repeatable fixes to issues
Support our enterprise level web based application
Ensuring that all support queries are resolved to the Customers satisfaction
Pro-active monitoring of customers implementations and environments
Producing user and technical documentation
Identifying and implementation optimisations and continuous improvements
Installing and co-ordinating the release of bug fixes and system updates
Engage stakeholders to capture feedback and ensure that software meets the customer’s needs
Maximise own performance by ensuring that both technical and behavioural skills remain up to date by taking personal ownership

Required experience

Minimum 2-3 years’ experience of SQL Server 2008 and above.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience of technical support role
Understanding and using SQL Server to query / amend data
Windows server 2008 onwards
Ability to write technical and support documentation

Advantageous but not essential

IIS 7.0 above
Networking and OS knowledge
MS Visual studio
C# .Net SSRS, SSIS, SSAS
