Role Information

~~Overview of role
• Work with technical and customer support team to ensure that our customers receive the best service possible.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to our customer base
• Effectively triage incoming customer queries and product support
• Escalate customer queries and engage stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution
• Investigating and resolving technical issues
• Work with technical team to continuously develop and improve our products
• Help drive continuous improvement of customer service and experience.
• Involved in testing new releases and software
• Producing user and technical documentation
Required experience
• Have previous experience in customer technical/software support role
• Ability to understand complex user scenarios and business modules
• Excellent technical problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• SQL experience
• Highly IT literate
• Ability to write technical and support documentation
Advantageous but not essential
• Understanding and using SQL Server queries
• ITIL framework
• Experience in lending of financial sector
• Salary: dependent on experience
