Vienna administration system

Vienna is our web enabled finance and leasing system that supports the complete quotation,
proposal, underwriting, and administration lifecyle. The system is highly configurable and
has been used for nearly a decade to run high volume and specialist portfolios. Vienna manages
a wide variety of product types from retail loans through fully managed contract hire and has
a very low cost of use.

Vienna is available as a licensed system for in house use, or as a hosted service. It is a high
specification product, and comes without the high cost of use associated with other systems
found in the marketplace.

Vienna point of Sale options

Vienna has a number of point of sale options that can capture data, prepare quotations and deliver
proposals direct to a central underwriting team or third party funder. Different versions are
available for specialised operating situations for example, at the motor dealership, the healthcare
provider, the IT vendor, equipment broker.

Onboard data entry and profile generators cope with the diverse calculation requirements of a wide
variety of lending types, from payday loans through fully serviced contract hire.

Signature

For clients that need to print finance documents, Signature is a low cost printing system that can
be used to generate paperwork under licence from the CCTA on a 'pay per print' basis.

The Statement Factory

The Statement Factory is a standalone system capable of automatically producing compliant post
contract information including arrears notices and annual statements from a simple regular data feed
from any legacy system. The Statement Factory may also be used to produce statements for unregulated
agreements.A simple data feed may be taken from any legacy system.

CCA compliant finance and rental calculators

We have a range of ready made software calculators that can target, for example, rates, instalments,
APRS, Illustrative settlements, settlement rebates, deposits, terms, subsidies and commissions.

Highly complex calculators with a large number of user driven options are available as well as more
straightforward sector specific tools for weekly loan, payday loan, bank loan and mortgage business.
